    "message": "README: document pak install from r-universe\n\nReplace the commented-out pak one-liner in the Installation section\nwith a dedicated code block. It adds the r-universe repo via\npak::repo_add(), then installs with pak::pkg_install().\n\nThe old comment passed a single repo to pak::pak(), which drops CRAN\nand is easy to miss. Registering the repo makes dependency resolution\nwork and gives pak users a copy-pasteable path.\n\nBehavioral change to docs only; no code touched.\n",
